| How do I change my room or bed type? |
To change an existing reservation, simply call our toll-free reservation line at 877-999-3223. When calling outside the U.S. or Canada, dial 506-646-7011 (your call will be subject to international direct-dial rates). One of our reservation operators will be happy to assist. |

If you require a confirmation letter via e-mail or if you need a confirmation letter mailed to you via the US Post Office please contact our Customer Care Desk at 800- 347-7559 and provide us with either your e-mail address or your mailing address and we will send your confirmation letter within 24 hours. |

| Can I cancel or change a Wyndham.com Advanced Purchase Rate reservation? |
Wyndham.com Advanced Purchase rates are non-refundable and require a credit card payment in advance for the entire stay as reserved. No changes, cancellations, or modifications may be made to Advanced Purchase rates. Early departures do not qualify for refund of unused portion of reservation. Reservation extensions will require a new reservation for the additional dates, subject to availability and rate changes. May not be combined with any other offers or promotions, and is not available to groups. If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive any refund or credit. |

If you've lost your Wyndham ByRequest card, don't worry! We'll send you a new one. NOTE: Your replacement card will be sent to the mailing address on file in your Wyndham ByRequest profile. If you have made a reservation but didn't provide your Wyndham ByRequest number, you can link your Wyndham ByRequest number to an existing reservation. To link the reservation online, click here for the "Add My Wyndham ByRequest Number to an Existing Reservation" form. Simply enter the required information; then select "Send." You should receive an electronic message confirming the link. Or you can call 800-WYNDHAM (800-996-3426) for assistance. |

| How can I edit my member profile? |
The more information you provide in your Wyndham ByRequest member profile, the better we can personalize your room and member advantages to best meet your needs and preferences. That's why it's a good idea to keep your member profile updated. To update your profile, go to Your Wyndham ByRequest Member Page and select the member information section you would like to view or modify:
The "Amount Completed" boxes on your Profile Summary indicate the amount of profile information you have completed. The more information you provide in your profile, the better we can personalize your room. *If you belong to more than one participating airline or mileage program, you can add them all to your profile, but the one you select as your "Preferred mileage program" will be the one to which your free miles are applied. You can change your preferred mileage program at any time, and beginning with your next stay, the frequent flyer mileage you earn will be applied to that program. |
