Wyndham Hotels and Resorts provides a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to its full time employees. In addition, we offer choices of several voluntary benefits, so employees may choose plans which meet their needs and those of their families. The following summary provides a brief overview of our benefits offering.
Eligibility
Full-time non-union employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for these benefits. Benefits are effective on the first of the month after you complete 90 days of employment. If the 90th day is on the first of the month, benefits begin that day. Otherwise, benefits begin on the first of the next month. You may also enroll your eligible dependents, as well as domestic partners (same and opposite sex) and usually their coverage will begin when yours does.
