All these plans cover similar medical services, including doctors' office visits, hospital care, maternity care, preventive care screenings, prescription drugs, emergency care, and mental health and substance abuse treatment. All plans offer benefits through a network of doctors and hospitals to help you make the right choice for your family. Some plans offer out of network benefits as well. The plans differ in the amount you contribute each pay period for coverage, the amount you pay when you receive medical care, and your flexibility in choosing a doctor.
