Terms and Conditions

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts guarantees that our website, Wyndham.com, and the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts central reservation telephone number (1-800-337-0550) will have the lowest rate publicly available to consumers on the Internet. If you find a rate lower than Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Best Available Rate that is viewable and bookable on another website for the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same currency and for the same date(s), and advise Wyndham Hotels and Resorts via the online Claim Form within one business day after booking your room on our website or through our central reservation number and two business days prior to arriving at the hotel, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts will, upon validation of your claim, match the lower rate found and give you an additional 10% off each night of the stay, as applicable. If there is a rate available on our website or through our central reservation number that is the same or lower than the rate on the other website, this Wyndham Hotels and Resorts rate will be offered instead. Due to rounding and other issues, rates within 25 cents of our Best Available Rate will be considered a match and will not qualify for Best Rate Guarantee claims.

To file a claim, fill out the online Claim Form with the required booking details. Only one valid claim can be submitted per person, per e-mail address, per calendar month. All reservations must be for personal use only and booked by the guest who will actually be staying at the hotel. Reservations booked by brokers or agents will not qualify. Best Rate Claims and any discounted rates issued under this program are not transferable.

Guarantee applies only to reservations made on our website or our central reservation number for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts hotels in the United States, Canada, Caribbean, Mexico, and EMEA (excluding Germany and Switzerland). The Guarantee does not apply to Wyndham Vacation Resort properties. Guest must have a Wyndham Hotels and Resorts reservation confirmation number.

Guest must submit the claim within one business day after booking the original Wyndham Hotels and Resorts reservation and at least two business days before scheduled arrival at the hotel. The hotel's check in time is considered the scheduled arrival time. If the original reservation was made within two business days of arrival, the Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable. The competing rate on another website must be for the same hotel, for the same date(s), for the same room type, for the same number of guests, in the same currency and must be publicly viewable and bookable via the Internet. A viewable rate means that the general public can view the rate on the website. A bookable rate means that the rate is available and can be reserved online. Special rates available only to members of membership clubs or programs do not qualify.

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Customer Service agents must be able to verify, to their satisfaction, that the claim meets all conditions of the Guarantee and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been properly submitted.

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to reject a Best Rate Claim and/or to cancel any discounted rate previously issued by it in the event of fraud or abuse of this Program or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

For a multiple night stay, the total room cost for the stay will be evaluated in determining whether the other website has a lower rate and whether or not the discount applies to all of the nights booked.

Any rate change is not effective until the guest receives an email confirmation reflecting the new rate from our Customer Service department. The standard claims processing time is one business day. Claims submitted outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next business day. If a guest's stay begins before an email confirmation is received, the original rate will remain in effect. Wyndham Hotels and Resorts recommends that the email confirmation of any rate change be presented to the hotel by the guest at check-in. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm CST.

The Guarantee applies only to published rates available to the general public. This excludes private rates, rates involving a prepaid voucher program, require a coupon or promo code, hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package, corporate discount rates, group rates (5+ rooms), meeting rates, any rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA rates or AARP rates, affinity program, or other organization where the rates are targeted toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.

The Guarantee does not apply to websites or rates where the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts brand and/or specific hotel and location are not known until the booking is made such as, but not limited to, Priceline® or Hotwire®.

If the guest is a member of the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program, the number of Wyndham Rewards points, airline miles or other currency to be awarded will be based on the rate actually paid by the guest at check-out and whether or not such rate qualifies for Wyndham Rewards points.

For purposes of this Guarantee, the "rate" includes the room rate only and does not include any taxes or tariffs (i.e. federal, state, provincial or local) or any guest fees, charges (i.e.- resort fees) or incidentals which may be imposed by the hotel on the guest's stay.

The rates available under this Guarantee cannot be combined with any other special or promotional offers or discounts.

Void where prohibited by law. Wyndham Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to modify, alter, suspend or terminate this Guarantee at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion
