The Wyndham Garden Hotel Austin is excited to welcome the TAAO - January to March 2017. Please make your reservations through this page for your upcoming event. For any technical issues, please feel free to use our Call-In Reservation Procedure: Our telephone number for reservations is 1-800-996-3426. Give the associate your desired dates of stay at our property and ask for the "TAAO - January to March 2017." Then guarantee your reservation with a credit card. Hotel room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 15%. Should a guest qualify for tax exemption, a valid form will be required at check-in.


Stay Dates: January 15, 2017 - March 28, 2017

Hotel Information: Complimentary self-parking at the hotel. This hotel has pet-friendly rooms on our 1st floor in standard accommodations; there is a fee of $50.00 per stay/per pet. Wired and wireless internet access are complimentary and available throughout the hotel.


Airport Information: Call 512-448-2444 and tell the Front Desk agent that you have arrived at the airport and you need shuttle service to the hotel. Meet the hotel's shuttle van outside on the upper level near Delta Airlines and "Hotel Shuttles" sign and waiting area. It will take us 20 - 30 minutes from the time of your call to arrive. Drop-Off: Must sign up 24 hours in advance at the Front Desk. Shuttles leave at the top of the hour every hour 24/7.


Shipping: Hotel does not have storage space for crates, pallets or large shipments. Hotel does not have a loading dock available for meeting shipments. Small boxes with materials to be sent to hotel may arrive no earlier than two (2) days in advance and must be removed from the hotel no more than two (2) days after departure.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. hotel time on the day of arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax charge.
