To have the details of an existing reservation e-mailed to you, select "Rates & Reservations" from the top navigation bar then select "View Reservations" from the sidebar. Locate your reservation by entering the required criteria in the appropriate fields. You must enter the name on the reservation and either the confirmation number or credit card number associated with the transaction.

After locating the reservation, you'll see a list of all the confirmation numbers that match the information you entered. Select the reservation number you'd like to have e-mailed and then select "E-mail Reservation."
