If you have made a reservation, but didn't provide your Wyndham ByRequest number, you can link your Wyndham ByRequest number to an existing reservation. Call 800-WYNDHAM (800-996-3426) for assistance.

To link the reservation online, select "Link Reservation to New Wyndham ByRequest Number," which can be found in two locations:

• In the "E-mail" section on the Contact Wyndham ByRequest page.
• At the bottom of the Wyndham ByRequest confirmation message you receive when you successfully sign up for Wyndham ByRequest. Simply enter the required information; then select "Send." You should receive an electronic message confirming the link.

  When you make a reservation, you'll be informed of the hotel's cancellation policy, specifically the date and time by which you must cancel the reservation to avoid no-show charges. Cancellation policies differ for each property, so be sure to confirm the cancellation deadline for each reservation. See Cancel or Change a Reservation.
