Use the Wyndham RFP (Request for Proposal) to book rooms, meeting spaces and/or catering (food and beverage) for groups, meetings, conferences and other special events online. You can find RFP forms from the Meetings & Weddings section and on a property's Plan a Meeting or Event and Plan a Wedding pages.

From the Plan a Meeting or Event page, select "Online RFP" to submit a Request for Proposal. If you would prefer to submit your own proposal document (in a Microsoft^® Office-compatible format), select Personal RFP.

From the Plan a Wedding page, select "Online RFP" to access an RFP form for wedding arrangements. A Wyndham representative will respond to your request within 24 to 48 hours.

To submit an RFP, you must log in with your username and password. New users can register for free membership to receive a username and password.
