Go to the Wyndham ByRequest Program Sign-in Page and select "Forgot your member number or password?" from the Member Sign-in box.

Forgot Your Member Number: Enter your e-mail address and select SEND ME MY MEMBER NUMBER. If our system recognizes your e-mail address, you will receive an electronic message with your Wyndham ByRequest member number.

If our system doesn't recognize your e-mail address, click on the E-Mail Us tab

Forgot Your Password: Enter your Wyndham ByRequest member number and select SEND ME A NEW PASSWORD. The system will reset your password and send you an e-mail with the new password. If our system doesn't recognize your member number, or if we don't have an e-mail address on file, you will be prompted to E-Mail Us.

Forgot Both Your Member Number and Password: Follow the instructions above to retrieve your member number. Once you receive your member number, follow the instructions above to retrieve your password.
