In a contemporary classic setting and on a spot where five canals meet, you can enjoy a the finest fish cuisine La Sirène. Master chef Rob Blaauboer has developed a menu with the best the seas of Europe have to offer. There is also an abundant choice of shellfish.

Restaurant La Sirène

La Sirène is suitable for business as well as private dining. The location and the breathtaking view make La Sirène perfect for groups of diners or receptions. For our business guests, we offer a two-course lunch from our head chef for just €29.50 (EUR)per person, which can be served within 60 minutes.

La Sirène has 80 seats and is open for lunch from Monday to Friday, from 12:00 h - 14.30 h. On Saturday and Sunday, lunch is served in our Marine Lounge. Dinner is served from Monday to Saturday from 18:00 h - 22:00 h. On Sunday you can enjoy the small card in our Marina Lounge. Our kitchen and restaurant staff is looking forward to amaze you with our excellent service and fine courses!

The Marina Lounge

Sitting in one of the comfortable chairs, you will enjoy a splendid view overlooking the Amsterdam canals and our private marina! We serve a wide variety of coffee, tea, drinks, wines and cocktails. The card offers an extensive choice of salads, sandwiches, snacks and hot dishes. The fireplace in the Lounge Bar is perfect for high tea, which is served with delicious delicacies. The Lounge Bar is open from 07.30 in the morning till 01.00 at night. Drinks and bites are served the whole day. In the Churchill Smokers Lounge, you can sit back in a comfortable Chesterfield chair and enjoy a cigar in a tranquil space without being disturbed.

La Sirène Terrace

Apollo was the Greek god of the sun, light and zest in life. Enjoy the sun, the amazing view over the canals and the lively activities in our private marina on our beautiful terrace along the waterside. Our terrace offers 75 seats, which are divided into lounge seats directly on the waterside and tables for lunch and dinner. Opening hours are the same as the restaurant's. Departing from the private jetty, we organize dinner and cocktail cruises on board a classic wooden salon boat. A luxurious and unforgettable wining and dining experience.

Room Service

Room service is available to all guests who may want to be alone to enjoy their culinary experience. Room service is available from 6.00 a.m. until 11.00 p.m. and provides breakfast, lunch and dinner, and delicious selections for snacking anytime.
