Ceremonies

At Union Station, we can perform intimate or large-scale wedding ceremonies indoors and outdoors. Our wedding specialists can refer officiators to perform ceremonies at the location of your choice.

Celebrations and Receptions

When it comes to celebrations, we're ready to help with brilliant catering services and flexible space for elegant rehearsal dinners, receptions, banquets or a post-wedding brunch. Our catering staff will help with ideas to customize your wedding your way.

Louisville and Nashville Rooms
Combined, these rooms provide our largest event spaces for celebrations and accommodate up to 200 persons for receptions and 120 guests for an elegant seated banquet.
Majors and WM McKinley Rooms
Each of these spaces can host up to 150 persons for receptions and 100 banquet guests.

Monfort/Lewis Room
For more intimate receptions or banquets, Monfort/Lewis accommodates up to 40 guests.
The Gallery
The Gallery accommodates a reception for 60 or banquet for 40.

Union Station Lobby
Our spectacular Lobby is available for receptions only and will accommodate up to 500 guests.
