About the Resort
Is there an on-site spa?
The Mining Exchange's will feature a full-service spa with state-of-the-art treatment rooms where you will experience restoration and renewal. Our spa will be available after September 30, 2012.
Is there a fitness center?
We encourage a deliberate approach to health and wellness at The Mining Exchange. Our fitness center features state of the art Cybex Fitness Equipment to include treadmills, elipiticals and free weights.
Is there a business center?
Everything the professional on the go needs --- high speed Internet connection, desktop PCs, fax machine and printers --- can be found in our business center.
Are the accommodations children-friendly?
Children are most welcome at The Mining Exchange. Several of our rooms have multiple beds. Roll away beds are available upon request, as are cribs. Children stay complimentary in the same room with their parents.

Are pets allowed?
The Mining Exchange allows dogs up to 50 lbs. No deposit is required.
What are check in and check out times?
Guests may check in at 3 o'clock. Check out time is 11 a.m.
Is smoking permissible?
In keeping with our encouragement of a healthy lifestyle for our guests, The Mining Exchange is a non-smoking facility.
Is The Mining Exchange a "green" facility?
We have in place several initiatives that are designed to respect the environment and lessen our carbon footprint. Among those are repurposing materials from the original Mining Exchange building, restoring original window casings, exploring the use of renewable energy, using post-consumer recycled paper in our print collateral and employee incentives for energy-saving transportation.

Are rooms accessible to guests with disabilities?
The Mining Exchange is fully ADA-compliant and makes every effort to provide comfort and ease of movement. Features include wheelchair-accessible ramps, wider doors, lower ports and roll-in showers.

We do not offer airport transportation. However, our concierge can book a cab or group transportation for you.
