Experience the philosophy of the popular Taoist belief that focusing on your health and well-being will in the end take care of everything else in your life. Balance your body's energy on Day One with a Steam Bath, Shiatsu Massage and Jacuzzi Massage. Day Two will help you massage your stress away with an Anti-Stress Massage, Foot Reflexology and a Jacuzzi massage. Renew and re-energize on Day Three with a Steam Bath, Black mud-wrapping and Reiki treatment. This 3-day all-inclusive spa package has everything you need to capture the Tao Spirit.

DAY 1
On our first day we start the session with a pleasant steam bath with a strengthening Orange essence aroma. We continue with a Shiatsu Massage, to help you balance your body's energy, acting directly upon your chakras (energy centers). We finish with a relaxing Jacuzzi and an appetizing tasting of season fresh fruits.

  • Steam Bath with Orange essences (10 minutes)
  • Shiatsu Massage (40 minutes)
  • Jacuzzi Massage with fresh fruits tasting (10 minutes)

DAY 2
On the second day we start with a relaxing massage, using a special technique we will apply small hot bags with aromatic healing herbs fillings, all around your body. We continue with a feet reflexology massage to help you feel totally relaxed. We end the session with a Jacuzzi, sipping a depurating Chlorophyll Tea Infusion.

DAY 3
The third day starts with a steam bath combined with cryotherapy (Cold Therapy). We continue with a black mud wrapping that will leave your skin soft and silky. We then end with a Reiki session, for a new energizing sensation, followed by a farewell natural tea tasting.
