The very best gatherings are made even better by a team effort – and we're here to ensure yours take off. With our team of professionals behind you, your gathering will reach new heights. We have nearly 14,000 square feet of flexible meeting a space, with 3 boardrooms and even a grand ballroom. And since we are just a quarter of a mile from Dallas Love Field airport, getting here is a breeze.

Our spaces are backed up by state-of-the-art technology and audio-visual support. In fact, we have our own AV staff onsite. Seamless interaction just helps things flow, well, seamlessly. Our soaring atrium or grand ballroom are ideal options for a large gathering or private cocktail event.

Atrium Lobby: Choose this location for some evening fun or as the focal point for a BBQ or even a casual cocktail event.
AV Services: In-house and the source for ensuring all your technical needs will run with the absolute precision.
Ballroom: This refined space is perfect for hosting a wedding or cocktails. It can be separated for a more intimate feeling, if you wish.
Board Rooms: There are three of these special spaces. It's an ideal solution for holding high-level meetings or strategy sessions.
Van Shuttle Service: For short hops when you need to bring the whole crew along – or if you just don't feel like driving. We have a complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere you'd like to go within 5 miles of our property, including downtown.

Small Groups

Intimate gatherings are a special passion of ours. At 288 square feet, our smallest event room seats 10 people comfortably. Rest assured that the attention to detail we offer our larger groups is always evident when we host a smaller gathering. An added bonus is our on-site Small-Meeting Specialist team, who are your sole point of contact from tour, to contract, to execution of your event.

Large Groups

With a total of 14,000 square feet of customizable meeting space we can accommodate an event for up to 1000. You'll find that we can seat 600 comfortably in our largest single event room. From menu suggestions to layout, we are happy to help you plan your gathering down the smallest detail. For these larger events, our highly skilled Conference Service Managers are on hand to ensure things go off smoother than you can imagine.
