- Capt. Anderson's - It's a local tradition to dine early and watch the fleets unload their catch. Open late January to mid-November.
- Club LaVela - It's the largest nightclub in the entire United States. At last count, the club features at least eleven different themed venues, including its famous pool deck and its Concert Coliseum.
- Schooners Restaurant & Beach Club - They call Schooners, "The Last Local Beach Club", and it really is the last of the old open-air hangouts left on the Gulf Coast. Enjoy food that's more fresh than fussy - and cheer along with the crowds as the sun sets each night.
