We have 40,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor event space. And it's nice to know all indoor space is located in our conference facility - and all on one floor. Of course, most meeting space boasts refreshing natural sunlight. We have two ballrooms for you to choose from and much of our event space features soaring 14-foot ceilings. For something decidedly casual, we suggest cocktails on our Grand Lagoon Deck or Palms Court Terrace.

Our on-site A/V Service can accommodate nearly any request and will ensure that things function with meticulous accuracy. And we should mention, our dedicated Event Staff is always on hand so things run with seamless precision.

• Bay Beach Gathering: For a gathering with true flair, allow us to reserve a portion of our private beach. We can accommodate up to 150 on our private beach.
• Garden Party: Reserve a portion of our lush grounds for a cocktail party or other event. We can accommodate up to 75 guests.
• Grand Lagoon Ballroom: This stunning space can accommodate up to 760 guests or it can be subdivided into 8 rooms.
• Grand Lagoon Deck: This charming outdoor space is open air but has canopy top and ceiling fans to create the prefect breeze. Here we can accommodate up to 250.
• Palms Court Terrace: Perfect for an evening gathering, this outdoor space can accommodate up to 75 guests and boasts palm trees with dramatic up lighting. It's an effect that's truly magical.
• Pool Deck: A great option for smaller informal gathering is our pool deck. We can accommodate up to 75 guests.
• St. Andrews Ballroom: This huge ballroom is perfect for more important events or can be subdivided to meet your needs.
