• Woodlands Ballroom: This 8649 square foot ballroom offers flexibility for you to create your own spectacular event with dining up to 650. The ballroom can be broken down into 6 smaller rooms for events requiring breakout rooms or additional work space.


• Acacia/Popular: These rooms open to a combined space of 1110 square fee or can be broken down into two separate rooms


• Orchid: The orchid room is perfect for those needing a smaller meeting space at 744 square feet.


• AV Theatre: The only tiered hotel event space in El Paso with 154 permanent classroom style tables and chairs, a raised stage and large projection screen.


• Boardroom: Our boardroom has 14 comfortable chairs and a large boardroom table.


• Outdoor Pavilions: Perfect for an informal reception with covered pavilions seating 64.
