Small Groups

Intimate gatherings are a special passion of ours. At 336 square feet, our smallest event room seats 15 people comfortably. Rest assured that the attention to detail we offer our larger groups is always evident when we host a smaller gathering. An added bonus is our on-site Small-Meeting Specialist team, who are your sole point of contact from tour to contract to execution of your event.

Larger Groups

With a total of 5,000 square feet of customizable meeting space, we can accommodate an event for up to 525. You'll find that we can seat 275 comfortably in our largest single event room. From menu suggestions to layout, we are happy to help you plan your gathering down to the smallest detail. For these larger events, our highly skilled Conference Service Managers are on hand to ensure things go off more smoothly than you can imagine.

Airport Shuttle: We're happy to pick you up or drop you off at the Boca Raton Airport at no charge, any time of the day or night.

AV Services: Our professional on-site partner is the source for ensuring all your technical needs will function with absolute precision.

Ballroom: This refined space is perfect for hosting a large gathering, presentation, or an unforgettable dinner. It can be divided for a more intimate feeling, if you wish.

Board Rooms: There are five of these special spaces. It's the perfect solution for holding high-level meetings or strategy sessions.

Covered Terrace: This spectacular outside space is topped with a canopy to shield up to 100 guests from the midday sun for lunch or to create an intimate atmosphere for evening cocktails.

Local Shuttle: For short hops when you need to bring the whole crew along – or if you just don't feel like driving. We have a complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere you'd like to go within five miles of our property. It's great for meetings, excursions or a dinner out.

Pool Garden: Lush and tropical, this area is the ideal place for an informal meal or mixer. It's nice to know guests can even dip their feet in the pool or take a swim if they'd like.
