The concierge team is always on hand to book theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, and arrange tailor-made sight seeing tours. The hotel's dedicated chauffer is available for shopping trips, airport transfers and other excursions. Guests interested in shopping can make use of the complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Knightsbridge, Sloane Square, Harrods, or Harvey Nichols, operating from 10am to 6pm each Saturday and Sunday upon request.

The Health and Fitness Center is undergoing a grand makeover and will be re-opened in January 2010.
