What is the difference between Executive and Superior level rooms?
Both rooms are deluxe guest rooms and feature our custom mattresses, etched glass art headboard, 42-inch plasma TV, DVD, high speed internet, frette linens, Egyptian cotton sheets, and ambient lighting. Our Superior Rooms feature rain showers and these rooms are located on the lower floors of the hotel. Our Executive Rooms feature five head massaging showers and the rooms are located on the higher floors of the hotel and offer nice views of the city and metro area.
Is there a fitness center or spa?
Our 24-hour Health Club and full-service spa offers the latest workout equipment, and a full range of treatments to rejuvenate mind and body.

Is early check-in and/or late check-out available?
Both of these requests are extended complimentary based on availability. If a room is not available upon your early arrival or we cannot extend your requested late check-out, our bell staff will be happy to store your luggage on your behalf.
Is breakfast included in our rates?
No, breakfast is not included in our rates. Breakfast is available for purchase from Room Service and in Cosmos Restaurant.
Can I pay with cash at check-in?
Yes, you can pay for your room and tax with cash, however, we do request a credit card at check-in to guarantee incidentals. Upon check-out, you are welcome to use cash to settle your final bill.
Do we have rollaway beds?
No, we do not have any rollaway beds.
Can we get connecting rooms?
We do have a limited number of connecting rooms and requests are taken at the point of reservation. However, due to the small number of connecting rooms, we cannot guarantee being able to honor the request.

The Mall of America is 12 miles from our hotel. Light rail service is available between the hotel and airport and the stop closest to our hotel is within a block of the hotel.
How far are we from the Target Center, home of the Minnesota Timberwolves and popular concert venue?
Target Center is located directly across the street and can be accessed indoor via a Skyway.

How far are we from Convention Center?
Minneapolis Convention Center is 10 blocks from our hotel and is accessible indoor via the Skyway system.
Will I be near area attractions?
We are conveniently connected via Skyway to the shopping and theatre district, as well as directly across the street from Target Center.

Transportation
How far are we from the Airport?
The airport is 12 miles from downtown Minneapolis. Depending on traffic patterns, driving to or from the airport from our hotel will take 20 - 45 minutes. Light rail service is available between the hotel and airport and the stop closest to our hotel is within a block of the hotel. Taxi, car rental, and Supershuttle (for additional information, visit www.supershuttle.com) is also available from the airport.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, valet parking is available for $28.00 per night. Self-parking is available in the Block E Ramp as well for a rate of $19.00 per night. You can access the Block E Ramp by entering on the 7th Street side, taking a right into the ramp between Hennepin Avenue and First Avenue North. Hotel elevators are located from the Blues section on the first level (P1) and the Classical area on the second level (P2) of the ramp.
Do we have a shuttle service?
No, we do not have shuttle service, however, our concierge can assist you in finding alternative transportation options.
