| Any licensed or ordained clergy may perform marriages in Arizona. There are no state waiting periods, blood tests or residency requirements. Must be 18 or older to marry without parental consent. Marriage license is good for one year. Ministers must record the marriage on the marriage license and return it to the clerk of the Superior Court within 20 days after the marriage
