Weddings and honeymoons have a very special meaning at the Viva Wyndham Samaná, where our on-site Wedding Coordinator sees to every detail for the bride and groom, their wedding party and guests. The planning and execution is left to us so the happy couple can simply indulge in creating memories that will last a lifetime. We offer a wide range of wedding, vow renewal, reception and honeymoon specials and packages.

Ceremonies and Celebrations

Whether on a beach at our resort, in a church or underwater, we'll help you choose the ideal location for your wedding ceremony. Our Wedding Coordinator will help make legal and ceremony arrangements and secure a date for the ceremony. We work closely with local ministers and pastors, judges, and other officiates.

Our four all-inclusive wedding and renewal packages - Classic Wedding, Romantic Caribbean Wedding, Metamorphosis Wedding, and Renewal of Vows - all feature civil (for weddings) or non-denominational (for vow renewals) officiators. Each package makes having a great tropical wedding easy and affordable.

Classic Wedding Package

The Classic Wedding package features an upgrade to an ocean view room (subject to availability); assistance of an on-property wedding coordinator; civil judge and legal expenses (does not include legalization); translation of the ceremony into English (ceremony is performed in Spanish); bridal bouquet; a boutonniere for the groom; decorations; wedding cake; champagne; background music; 10 color photos and an in-room honeymoon surprise. Prices for The Classic Wedding package start at $590 for up to 10 people.

Romantic Caribbean Wedding Package

Couples who select The Romantic Caribbean Wedding package will receive all of the same amenities as The Classic Wedding PLUS a reservation in one of the a-la-carte restaurants for a maximum of 10 people; in-room Continental breakfast for the newlyweds the day after the ceremony; a sunset catamaran cruise excursion for the couple and a private candle light dinner on the beach with a decadent assortment of lobster and filet mignon. Prices for The Caribbean Wedding package start at $750 for up to 10 people.

Renewal of Vows Package

An upgrade to an ocean view room (subject to availability)
Services of a wedding coordinator
An officiator to perform the ceremony (with non-denominational religion)
Decorations and background music
Wedding cake for up to six people
One bottle of champagne
10 pictures of the ceremony

Prices for Renewal of Vows Package start at $500.

At Viva Wyndham Samaná, we also offer a host of optional service packages, including photography and videography; live musical trio, orchestra, Folkloric Dominican Show, and disc jockey; day-passes for wedding guests who are not staying at Viva; and expanded champagne service.
