Il Palco

Of course a resort renowned throughout Europe would offer exceptional Italian cuisine. So if you're craving something Italian, look no further than Il Paco, where you can pair a fine wine with the traditional taste of Italy. Bambu

In the Caribbean you may be across the world from Asia, but at Dominicus Palace you're just a few steps from exceptional Asian food. Viva Cafe

As you taste the food at Viva Café, you might forget that you're in the Caribbean, not the Mediterranean. The inspired food conjures images of the quaint fishing villages all along the Mediterranean coast, and will whisk you away on a journey as you dine at this oceanfront restaurant and taste its mouthwatering dishes. Bars

There's nothing quite like a cool drink in the warm Dominican Sun. Our three bars are open all day, serving a range of cocktails and other refreshment to quench your thirst or enhance your relaxation. There is even a bar at the dance club that serves drinks from 11:30pm to 2:30 am.
