We occupy two landmark towers in one of Maine's most breathtaking cities. Combining New England's natural beauty and warm hospitality, we are the ideal place to conduct business and our location is just the beginning. We feature 12,868 square feet of flexible meeting space, including the 5,249 square foot Lighthouse Ballroom, and can accommodate up to 725 guests. In addition we offer eight separate meeting rooms for breakout space, which can accommodate between five and 120 guests. We are committed to satisfying your planning needs - our professional staff will assist you with everything from audiovisual support to creating a special menu for your event.
