And since we're also minutes from downtown Richmond, you'll be remarkably close but you don't have to hassle with the parking and congestion of Richmond itself. Naturally, our free shuttle is happy to take you and your group within 5 miles of the property, anytime. We have seven meeting rooms and event spaces that are yours to set up as you wish. And since they are all in a single location, you don't have to worry about your attendees trekking between floors. Plus, since they offer both wired and wireless Internet connections, you're sure to always be connected. It's nice to know that our own Terra Nova Grille does all meeting catering, so you're sure to have restaurant-quality fare at every event. Special Features Airport Shuttle: We're happy to pick you up or drop you off at the Richmond International Airport at no charge, anytime of the day or night. In-House AV Service: No matter what the request, it's the source for ensuring all your technical need will run with the absolute precision. Local Shuttle: For times when you need to bring the whole crew along – or if you just don't feel like driving. We can arrange for our free shuttle to take you anywhere you'd like to go within 5 miles of the property. It's great for meetings, excursions or a dinner out. Pool Deck: A great option for an informal gathering is our pool deck. We can accommodate up to 100 guests for a casual lunch and more than twice that many for cocktails. Portable Dance Floor: For those times when dancing is on the agenda, let us set up a wood floor exactly where you'd like it. Restaurant Functions: The perfect place for a medium-size event, we can seat up to 55 guests here. Stage: When key players need to be seen by everyone, we'll set up a stage to make the proceedings truly special.
Intimate gatherings are a special passion of ours. At 400 square feet, our smallest event room seats 12 people comfortably. Rest assured that the attention to detail we offer our larger groups is always evident when we host a smaller gathering.
With a total of 11,240 square feet of meeting space, we can accommodate an event for up to 625. You'll find that we can seat 325 in our largest single event room. From menu suggestions to layout, we are happy to help you plan your gathering down the smallest detail.
