The Madrid Room:
South Texas favorites are served in a wonderfully welcoming setting. For breakfast try Cinnamon Raisin French Toast or our signature Castiza Benedictine with carne asada or enjoy our lavish weekend breakfast buffet. Lunch features everything from salads to wraps to hand-thrown pizzas. When dinner is served you'll not want to miss our chef's Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper Cabernet Reduction or Jumbo Shrimp with Oregano Herb Cream. Wonderful wine selections and desserts like our own Créme Brule round out the experience. Casual or business attire. Naturally, no reservation is required.
Peacock Alley Bar:
A social hub of the hotel, this charming bar has a view our period working fireplace and sun-soaked Loggia. This spot is a wonderful choice for a cocktail or small snack. St. Anthony Nachos, pizzas or even a slice of chocolate cake are sure to satisfy. Of course a full bar, with draft beer and extensive wine selection, are yours to enjoy.
Castiza - Coming Soon:
Slated to open in end of 2009 is our newest culinary achievement. Open for lunch and dinner, it will feature such appetizers as Ceviche and Tacos al Pastor, plus entries like the Mole Poblano and Chile Relleno. Expect a full bar and so much fun you may never want to leave.
