Wedding Policy
Deposits and Payments
A deposit is required within ten (10) days of the time of booking. A deposit of 40% is required for all weddings. Deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied towards the balance due. All function space is held for ten(10) days from the date of booking, pending receipt of a signed Confirmation Letter or Catering Contract and Deposit. If the Confirmation Letter or Catering Contract and deposit are not received within the established ten (10) days, the space may be released by the Hotel. 40% of the remaining balance is due ninety (90) days before the event. The remaining 20% is due fourteen (14) day prior to the event.

Guarantee
A final guaranteed guest count must be submitted to the Catering Manager in charge fourteen (14) days prior to the wedding day. This number is the final guarantee and not subject to reduction. If no guarantee is received by the Catering Department the Hotel will use the number of minimum guests guaranteed on the Catering Contract and charges will be made accordingly.

Meal Selections
All plated meal counts are due ten (10) days prior to the wedding.

Service Charge
A nineteen percent ( 19%) service charge will be added to all audio visual, electrical, and food and beverage. All service charges are subject to an applicable California State Tax in accordance with California Regulation 1603 F Taxable Sales of Food Products. (Amounts designated as service charges, added to the price of meals, are a part of the selling price of meals, and accordingly, must be included in the retailer's gross receipts subject to tax even though such service charges are made in lieu of tips and are paid over the retailer to his employees.)

Food and Beverage
Due to Wyndham Hotel insurance regulations, no leftover food or beverage shall be taken from the premises. At the conclusion of the function such food becomes the property of the Hotel. No food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the Wyndham Hotel by the Patron or any of the Patron's guests or invitee without written authorization from the Director of Catering.

Decorations
The hotel does not permit the affixing of anything to walls, floors, ceilings or rooms with nails, staples, tape or any other substance. All signs must be professional quality and have hotel management approval for their placement. A $25.00 maintenance service charge will be applied to each banner or sign that must be hung by maintenance.

Responsibilities
Wyndham Hotel is not responsible for damage or loss to any merchandise, articles, or valuables of the Patron or of the Patron's guests or invitees, located in Wyndham Hotel prior to, during or s subsequent to any function. Patron is responsible for any damage done to Wyndham Hotel during the period of time the facilities are subject to the Patron's use, or the use of any independent contractor hired by the Patron, or Patron's agent. All client material must be flameproof and in accordance with local fire codes. All exhibit plans must be submitted to, and approved by the Wyndham Hotel thirty (30) days prior to the exhibit. The client is responsible for any charges for such approvals. Cancellation Policy Full charges will be applicable and invoiced if cancellation is not received in writing thirty (30) days prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable. A full refund will be issued if the space is resold at or above the projected cost of the function.
