From the moment you contact us, we will focus on your every wish - accommodations for you and your guests, finding an appropriate ceremony location, flowers, cuisine, an exquisite cake, music - everything to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams.

At the Wyndham Orange County, we offer wedding and honeymoon specials, including a honeymoon suite for the bride and groom following the reception. That evening they will enjoy special amenities that include chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne.

Ceremonies

At the Wyndham Orange County, we can perform wedding ceremonies either outside by our lake or in our Garden Room. Orange County is host to a wide diversity of places to worship if you prefer a religious location for your ceremony. Our hotel works with the Orange County Clergy Network, which is an organization of Certified Clergy professionals. When you choose to have your wedding event with us, the organization will provide a complimentary Name Changing Kit.

There is also a wide variety of historic and other secular locations available in our area. Off-site facilities include Newport Beach or the Cliffs in Laguna Beach. Whatever your choice, our wedding professionals are ready to assist you in planning the perfect location and officiator for your ceremony.

Celebrations

When it comes to celebrations, we're ready to help with brilliant catering services and flexible space for elegant ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, receptions or a post-wedding brunch. Our expert catering team will custom design and prepare an exquisite variety of menus including seated dinners, elegant buffets, informal stations or themed weddings. You can host up to 250 guests for a seated banquet in our Heritage Ballroom.

Heritage Ballroom
Our Heritage Ballroom is on the second floor of our banquet facility and can accommodate 125 to 250 wedding guests. The ballroom has a private balcony, a foyer with windows, 16-foot ceilings with chandeliers and a 10-foot video screen that drops down for photomontages.

Terranova Room
The Terranova Room is located lakeside on the first floor. It accommodates 60 to 140 wedding guests. Overlooking the lake, this unique room features an entire wall of windows and a private patio. Its rich wooden décor accents come alive in candlelight.

Garden Room
Located on the first floor, the Garden Room accommodates 30 to 60 wedding guests. This room features 12-foot ceilings and windows and creates an intimate ambience.

Lakeside
Outside by our beautiful lake, we offer an open area that can seat up to 120 guests. This area overlooks the wonderful landscaping, tranquil waterfalls and secluded pathways.

At the Wyndham Orange County, we offer a wide variety of food service from California to traditional cuisines. In addition, we can customize menus at your request. We work with local designers who can create and execute wonderful themed events. We also work with local entertainment companies that can provide anything from a string quartet, harpist, jazz band, disc jockey or simply a traditional big band ensemble.
