          How do I get my reservation confirmation to be-emailed or mailed to me?
          If you require a confirmation number via e-mail or if you need a confirmation letter mailed to you via the US Post Office please contact the hotel direct at 918-627-5000 and provide us with either your e-mail address or your mailing address and we will send your confirmation letter within 24 hours. .


          Can I cancel or change a Wyndham.com Advanced Purchase Rate reservation?
          Wyndham.com Advanced Purchase rates are non-refundable and require a credit card payment in advance for the entire stay as reserved. No changes, cancellations, or modiifications may be made to Advanced Purchase rates.
          Early departures do not qualify for refund or unused portion of reservation. Reservation extensions will require a new reservation for the additional dates, subject to availability and rate changes. May not be combined with any other offers or promotions, and is not available to groups. If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive any refund or credit. .


          If I booked my reservation on another Web site, how can I get a reservation confirmation letter?
          If you require a confirmation of a reservation you booked on a Web site other than Wyndham.com you will need to contact the hotel directly to request this confirmation letter.

          Hotel does provide complimentary airport transportation to /from Tulsa International Airport. Please call the hotel from baggage claim pick up area. Transportation for registered hotel guests only.

          Pet Policy?
          Hotel allows one domestic dog up to 25 pounds per room. Hotel charges a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay. Please contact the hotel on certain breeds.


          Check In Requirements?
          Hotel requires a photo ID (government issued passport, photo drivers license, military id) at check in. Guest must also provide payment with credit card. Reservations require a major credit card with approved credit upon check in. No cash, personal checks or third party checks accepted, may pay with cash at check out.
