Our internationally renowned Executive Chef - using private sources for fresh produce, prime beef and Pacific seafood - combines classic culinary technique and bold local flavors.

Our formal flagship restaurant, Antonio's, serves elegantly prepared seafood and other fine entrees, while The Grand Café is perfect for casual dining throughout the day.

Our congenial poolside bar, lobby bar and Tequila Bar offer guests a choice to match any mood. And the hacienda-style Golf Clubhouse serves casual dining. The Mexican-colonial "19th Hole" is well stocked with Cuban cigars and premium tequila.

Food preparation throughout the resort including in-room dining, is under the direction of our Executive Chef.
