“When we arrived front desk agent was out back smoking with...”; Feb 22, 2013 Katherine A, Lake Havasu City; When we arrived front desk agent was out back smoking with the doors open to the lobby. They did up grade our room to a small suite, which was nice. But the room was extremely dusty. Bathroom vent was horrible! We've stayed here several times when it was a Quality Inn. Think there should be more checks and balances on their cleaning process. Plus there was rebuilding around the floors..should of had some sort of tape up?? And the rail to the first floor was not connected :-(
