Your distinctive Orange County hotel dining experience begins with a serene lake view of Costa Mesa in our lush, formal dining room, the Silver Trumpet Restaurant and Bar. Relax in a refreshingly casual, yet elegant setting, accented with impeccable service. Guided by a passion for gastronomic excellence, we feature an extraordinary team of culinary artisans, crafting menus from free-range and organic, market-fresh ingredients. Experience the bold flavors of fresh, seasonal ingredients from California's finest purveyors, farmers, and artisans. We believe sustainable agricultural practices are environmentally responsible options for providing people abundant and wholesome food.

Our wine philosophy is playful and approachable, with boutique and rare finds that include classic French Burgundies and new world discoveries. Our Silver Trumpet Restaurant and Bar has also journeyed the world to offer guests an accessible wine-by-the-glass program. We are interested in not only the taste of the wine, but also where its grapes are grown, and how it's made. Our well-curated list also features nightly wine flights and pairings.

Join us for breakfast from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., Monday through Friday, lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday and brunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Dinner is served daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Join us for our daily Happy Hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in our Silver Trumpet Restaurant and Bar, open daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. If you would rather dine in the privacy of your guest room, our in-room dining service is available daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
