I was extremely unhappy with the staff the day of my checkout. I requested and was granted late check out for 1p. Between 12-1p, i got 3 knocks on the door. One of those times they asked if I had just checked in. At 1p there was another knock. My husband had already checked us out and I was just about to walk out the room with all our bags. I was trying to catch up on sleep from a long night before so the interruptions were extremely frustrating and I felt like we were being interrogated. When I left the staff member who asked if I had just checked in just stared at me as I walked out. He didn't say, thank you, come back again, I hope you enjoyed your stay. It was as if he didn't believe I could be the guest in that room. When I complained to front desk all she could say was you're right, you were given a late check out and I'm sorry for the disturbance. She didn't understand we were made to feel like thieves. Very different from the VIP service we received from the night before. So this review is unfair for those who were amazing to us the night before. « less
