“Not bad, could be better.”

The hotel is very nice and the remodeling they are doing is great. The rooms still look a little dated, but they are also in line for updating. I saw a picture of what they would look like after the update and they look fantastic.The biggest problem I had was the staff. My room was missing a shower curtain, which seems odd, but even I overlooked it. I had plans in the evening but I was back at the hotel at 10pm and went to the front desk to ask for a shower curtain to be brought up. The person at the desk called maintenance and told them to bring a shower curtain to my room, I thought that was the end of it. One hour later I still didn't have a shower curtain. I called the front desk, asked about the curtain, they said they would have one up in a few minutes they were trying to find one. 45 minutes later, I still have no shower curtain and I decide to take a trip to the front desk.At the front desk I tell them I've been waiting almost two hours for a shower curtain and I still don't have one. The staff member at the desk tells me they are having a security issue, but he has one set aside and security will bring it to me as soon as possible. Another hour goes by and I still don't have a shower curtain. To my surprise the staff actually called me and asked if I had gotten one yet, I told them no and that I was about to go to bed and to have one left outside my door and I would get it in the morning. They gave me some made up story about housekeeping closed at 11 and nobody in the hotel had keys to get into housekeeping and that they would have to bring it to me first thing in the morning. Another 30 minutes go by and there is another call saying they are getting one right then and they will bring it by as soon as possible. I wait another 30 minutes and call the front desk again to tell them that I've been waiting three hours for a shower curtain and if they aren't bringing it to my room as we speak, to leave it at the door and I'll get it in the morning.A few minutes later my shower curtain was at the door. It took three hours to get a shower curtain. Unbelievable.Would I stay here again? Yes, but I would do my best to not have to interact with the staff at all unless it was an absolute emergency.
