Our staff caters to you to ensure the success and productivity of your meetings and conferences. We feature a 870 square meter banquet hall on our second floor, a 440 square meter conference room on our third floor with room for 600 guests, and five multi-functional conference rooms with a total area of 309 square meters, also on our third floor all of which are suitable for holding an assortment of banquets, conferences, board meetings, new production releases, seminars, various courses, or anything your company has in mind.
We can configure many of our meeting spaces for either classroom or theatre seating, and offer our meeting guests one field engineer to assist with internet access, signboards, microphones, projectors and screens. Our Shanghai Grand Ballroom can be separated into three small rooms, each measuring 145 square meters and comfortably holding 100 meeting guests. Out Xiamen Room has approximately 76 square meters and a maximum capacity of 60 persons. Our Qingdao Room has approximately 76 square meters and a maximum capacity of 60 persons.
