“The worst hotel experience of my life!”

I had many problems with my room. First, it was the smell. It really smelled like the room had been closed and unused for many weeks. I had to buy febreeze and keep my door open until 1am on the first night so that I could sleep. Second, it was the burnt light bulbs and electrical outlets that did not work. Third, it was the shower. When the shower was on, only less than half of the water would come out of the shower. The rest would come out of the fawcet. Fourth, the TV. It was extermely annoying to have to press menu and scrow down and select every time I wanted to change a channel. Fifth, it was the lack of wifi internet in the room. Sixth, it was the fitness center. It had many treadmills and stationary bikes that did not work. It also had rust and missing safety pins in many of the weight equipment. Seventh, it was the room phone. I reported the problem to the front desk three times and the probkem never got resolved. Finally, the icying on the cake: a lizzad crawling on the ceiling. To compensate me, the mangers on duty discounted two nights from my bill. I am grateful they did that, but I still have to report my experience.
