I have three complaints and two compliments. The compliments are to the bartenders who were not prepared with extra help with our convention taking place there and they did the very best they could. This was out at Gatorville. Also, I appreciate the pickup service as I was in room 555 furthest away from the convention center due to the construction. My complaints are that 1. There was a maid who must have been irritated (I did have papers drying as I was caught in the rain walking back to my room) who unplugged my television. This created an unnecessary call to the front desk to have a maintenance person come out to my room. It took him 15 minutes to find the problem in the way that they had disconnected it. It was definately done on purpose. Second, your inspectors on these "finished" room are lacking. There is an opening in the shower where they put the round backed handle to turn the shower on. Square hole too big for the circular cover. They did not even try to plug it with grout. Your drywall will be rotting behind the shower. 2 Because of the tilt of the floor (I assume from settling) The door, although hung properly, does not shut properly and must be "SLAMMED" to get it to shut all the way. This must disturb any guests that are staying next door. Third, due to the same settling problem, the bathroom door will not stay open and bangs shut as soon as you let go of the door. At least you should provide a door stop to prop this door if someone wants it open. Additionally, as a Landscaper by trade, your landscaping crew are letting trees saplings to grow in the middle of your hedges and the area is littered with weeds. « less
