I stayed here for 3 nights on business. The property itself was very nice, despite the ongoing construction. Once they're done with that work, I think the grounds will be really great. I stayed in one of the buildings that had completed renovations, and I was pleased with the room and decor. However, for a resort property, I was really surprised that there was no fridge or microwave here! I would think that those would be expected in a property of this level (resort). Additionally, check-in was a nightmare. There was a line of 5 of us at the side guest check-in (though, I never found where the main check-in was...) The window/desk itself was only wide enough for two computers and employees, but only one was working. He was very friendly and upbeat through the entire process, but just to get my keys took 30 minutes. After check-in, he sent me to the concierge desk for a parking pass a welcome package. Upon arriving there, the woman greeted me warmly, and handed me a parking pass, but told me I'd have to wait a moment for the rest of my welcome package. She then turned to the young man sitting next to her and said loudly, "Get off of ebay, and start making some packs, we're out!" This just isn't the level of service or professionalism you want after traveling all day to get to your resort destination. « less
