“Wyndham hotel in Tulsa very unsafe”

We stayed at this hotel in February while attending the Tulsa boat show. We go down with eight to ten couples every year. On Sunday morning when we went down to leave the window had been busted out and the dash was destroyed in a 05 Cadillac Escalade. When we went to the front desk the girl told us this happens all the time and if we decide to call the police she said it always takes them a couple of hours to come out. When we asked if this happens a lot and she said all the time. The police came out right away and said I cannot believe it was only one car usually they hit a lot more than that. At that time it started to snow very bad and this truck that is our son's that has a small baby was not able to be driven back to Springfield MO where he is from. We had to give the kids our Tahoe home and had to take us to the airport to rent a vehicle so we could drive back to Wichita. They gave us some tape and a trash bag when we asked if we could leave it up front under the cover till we could have a window put in and to make sure nothing else happened to it before Monday morning and they said no. When we call the Manager on Monday morning he was not able to take the call they said he would call us back he did not. When we called again we spoke to him and told him what had happened and what the police and said and said they were not responsible for the vehicle which ok I understand even though you know that Wyndham has direct primary on there policy. But we asked if they could do something with the room charge for being out what is now a total of $1080.00 out of pocket. He said no there was nothing he could do but maybe give us a discount on new years rooms!!!!! REALLY do you think all of there people will go back there!!!!! NOT A SHOT WE ARE TELLING EVERYONE DO NOT STAY THERE. THE GIRL ALSO TOLD US THAT IS WHY ALL THE EMPLOYEES PARK IN FRONT.!!!!!! They have no customer service and next year we will all be going back to the double tree where ourselves and our vehicles are safe.
