“I wish the directions to the bathroom were given so I didn't have to go back up to my room......”

First, the desk tried to charge me for my room eventhough I already paid for it. Then I had to stand at the desk for around 20 minutes until it kinda was straightened out. Then I had to check up on it the next morning to ensure we weren't doubly charged. The Breakfast Buffet, for the price, was not worth it. Dirty dishes and serving utensils on the buffet definitely does not follow along with ServSafe guidelines. The downstairs, mens, bathroom was closed and no directions were given to where another one was located on the first floor, therefore, I had to go all the way back up to my room to use the restroom. The way you have to close the door of the bathroom to get into the tub absolutely SUCKS, plus there is not enough space under the door for it to open without the door moving the floor mat you dry yout feet on. The second person getting out of the shower then has to re-position the floor mat in order to use it. The next morning we drove down the interstate to a Cracker Barrel where we had more food for a cheaper price. The first desk person we dealt with was clueless as to how to find out the information and kept trying to find the information on the computer system, which would have been okay that she was trying to do it herself, but WHY DIDN'T SHE CALL A MANAGER WHO WOULD KNOW HOW TO DO THAT instead of fumbling around with the keyboard for 15 minutes??????
