This hotel has an upscale appearance as you enter, but the front desk looks like a concierge desk and there wasn't a lot of room to stand in line to check in. The clerk that checked me in was not overly friendly, did not engage me in conversation and did not direct me on where to go after giving me my room key. I had to ask where to go. The room appearance was nice, but when I went to hang my clothes in the closet - there wasn't one. Picture on the tv on some channels was very bad, other channels were fine. Typical bed comfort, shower fine, etc. There is a charge for internet (very pricey), but you could print a boarding pass for free. Reception on my cell phone from my room was poor for data and calls. I ate in the hotel restaurant. Food was mediocre - nothing special at all. Very little flavor in the food. The chocolate lava cake was served without lava. The server said the kitchen probably forgot to "heat it up". He offered a new one, but I declined as I had waited over 15 minutes for him to come by to tell him it was cold. I was done and ready to get out of there. The exterior of the hotel has a small "lake" and fountains. It was very pretty and my room had a small balcony (big enough to stand, but no room to sit) overlooking the lake.I think I'll look for another hotel if I am in this area again. Nothing horrible, just nothing exceptional.
