“Horrible experience.”

I called your hotel and changed my date of arrival to a day early on 2 rooms because of the snow storm with the FOM. Arrived at my hotel and the desk agent was unable to find reservation. I had to go out to the car to get confirmation number. Come to find out, the arrival date was never changed so i was no-showed. You should train your desk staff to take out the date when searching for a reservation so they would have seen that this went threw as a no-show instead of arguing with me saying i dont have a reservation. Your front desk should also smile and be a little more friendly. They should also tell you the amenities in the hotel during the check-in process such as the location of the fitness center and the wifi information. Speaking of the fitness center, your treadmill is a death trap, your heat does not work in there as well. I was planning on calling the General Manager regarding my stay there but i have been on a cruise and just got back yesterday. Also, i was told parking was included in my rate and i arrive and i was charged an additional $70 or so to leave my car there. Originally, they told me that i couldnt leave it their at all but they made an exception! I really enjoyed the food in your restaurant, my only complaint there is when you seat someone in the back booths, let the server know or remind her. The woman in the gift shop refused to check my lotto tickets and told me that she was in the middle of something..I had asked her if she could just scan it but she absolutely refused. I inquired about your loyalty program and was told i have to fill out a card, they would pass it on to your sales office, and i would be signed up in 2-4 weeks. I thought you would have a better system in place especially since you have Opera and i know most brands can sign you up right threw the system. Your wifi is really slow as well..pretty much impossible to use but i am sure i am not the first to tell you this. Please dont think i am knit-picking, i am really trying to tell you the areas where you can improve your hotel and telling you things that you probably are not aware of. Personally, i would like a credit for my parking charges and i may stay there again during my next visit.
