“Since you asked”

I know that I will not get a response. First of all, we had a business seminar on foodservice equipment, as we are all in the field of selling bar and restaurant equipment and supplies. Most of the problems were in the bar and restaurant. First the bar, I had a tap beer. The bartender pulled out a glass from a mug chiller and poured a beer. The glass was not frosted and the beer was warm. I asked the bartender why. He said that chiller hasn't worked in a long time. I looked around and I saw a 1960's Perlick Bottle Cooler. I said, WOW I have not seen one of those in years, I can't believe that that still works. He said, No that hasn't worked in years. Then he said that he only had one cooler that work out of four, and that one looked over 10 years old. I told my friend, I can't believe this place would spend so much money on the furniture and not replace some of that equipment. about $8000 worth. Then, we we sitting at the end of the bar, we could smell a sour smell coming from behind the bar, then we noticed that the underbar needs a good cleaning. Then we were leaning on the hand railling and noticed that the corner of the hand railling had big gap that would catch your hand and paint was all chipped out. I was going to take pictures and send them, but I didn't know where to send them. The other thing is we never got the same type of glass, it was like you bought your glassware at an auction. Then we went to the restaurant, the decor was nice but none of the glassware, silverware, or china matched. Most people don't think anybody notices.
