We have added staff that is willing to confront problems and deal with things as they happen instead of letting them get out of hand in the manner that you observed. Thank again. « hide

Hello. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. The debit card has definitely been a situation that causes frustration for guests. In my talks with the banks they have explained to me that the "hold" is not being removed from your balance but the "charge" is. Also, unfortunately all bankls are different. Sorry for the hassle. « hide

Hello,I would love to talk to you further to clear this up Tim. I do not want you to leave disappointed. I also believe there has been a miscommunication on the room type along the way somewhere. All of our suites have hot tubs, refrigerators, microwaves, and irons and ironing boards. All of our rooms contain an iron and ironing board in the closet unless your room's ironing board was missing. I apologize and hope to continue to earn your business. « hide
