The staff was very friendly and the service was good. The location and the hotel was great, but we were disappointed because for 30,000 reward points we were expecting to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room, We had stopped and ate dinner and we had some left over thinking we would have a refrigerator to store it in, but to our surprise there was not one in the room. I thought all Hotels of this rating would have those type of luxuries in the rooms. We had one incident but we were compensated for it. They have a breakfast card that you can fill out and hang outside your door of the room and if you want breakfast and the time you want it delivered to your room the next morning. Well we were in a hurry when we arrived, because we were going to a comedy show at the Harrah's casino and we did not see the card. So when we got back to our room which was about 2:00 AM. I saw the card and I called the front desk and asked it I could still fill the card out and have them pick it up because it was due in by 12:00AM. The person at the front desk said yes sure you can, so I filled out what we wanted and hung the card outside the door. I requested it to be brought up between 9:00AM-10:00 AM. So the next morning it was about 10:30 AM and no breakfast. I looked outside my room door and the card was still there I was upset. I called the front desk and explained what happen and they apologized and said they have breakfast in the hotel. I told them we will just go out and get something. Then they called back and offered us free breakfast at the hotel restaurant because they were truly sorry about the problem we had experienced. We agreed to it and the food was great. Other than that little incident our stay was great. The location was the best because we were in walking distance of the casino and the river walk. The next morning since we had paid for parking up until 4:00 PM we just left our car there and walked to the river walk and walked around.
