Our hotel features just over 1,500 square feet of meeting space at a single location, so that your attendees will never have to trek to different floors to move from one meeting room to another. We're proud to offer a single point of contact for each step of your event. Because we're located just two and a half miles from Logan Airport and three miles from downtown Boston, getting here is never a problem, and we offer a free airport and local shuttle for guests. All catering is produced by our own Terranova Grille, so you'll have restaurant-quality fare at every event.

Planning Your Event

We feature several diverse settings to match the size and tone of your gathering. Our bar patio is the ideal place for an outdoor meal or mixer for up to 50 guests, while our library is a great option to host a meet-and-greet or drinks for up to 30 people. At nearly 1,200 square feet, our lovely Bellingham Room can be divided and has the capacity to comfortably seat 120. Our pool terrace accommodates up to 40 guests for cocktails or an informal lunch, weather permitting. For intimate special functions, our Terranova Grille features a private room that can seat 12 guests, and for slightly larger restaurant functions, we can seat up to 60. Of course our in-house AV service will ensure all your technical needs run with absolute precision. When dancing is on the agenda, a wood dance floor is available for your guests.

  Intimate gatherings are a special passion of ours. At 360 square feet, our smallest event room seats 10 people comfortably. The attention to detail we offer our larger groups is always evident when we host a smaller gathering.
