“Resort was nice.. but not thrilled about being harassed”

At check-in, I was given a spiel about attending their timeshare presentation in order to receive discounts on activities and on a future stay. After telling the concierge that I was not interested, he kept insisting that we attend- might I add that I didn't even meet their qualifications but was still harassed to attend? The room was pretty spacious, very small bathroom that was right when you enter the suite. Would have been nice if it was closer to the room and not at the entrance. My key wouldn't work to open the door or use the elevator, and only worked to turn on the lights and AC. Went to the front desk to have it "fixed," but it still didn't work. We ended up leaving it in the slot for the AC to stay on while we were gone and used my boyfriend's key to get in.The next morning I'm woken up by the front desk at 7 am to remind me of the breakfast with the timeshare salesmen- I once again told them that I wasn't interested and she insisted that I attend. What part of no didn't they understand?! I was never given my sunset cruise info at check-in, which I now know was on purpose to try to get me to do their presentation first. But I went to the front desk and told them I wanted to do it that day and another guy gave me the info along with the info package that should have been given to me from the time we checked in. At this point I was really annoyed.My boyfriend and I took off for the day and upon our return, ran into the concierge, Ismael, whom still insisted that we attend the presentation and offered the discounts again... UGH! I said no! My bf pretended to need to use the bathroom and we rushed upstairs... ten minutes later, our phone is ringing and it's him to ask us AGAIN if we'd attend. It got to the point where we felt uncomfortable coming back into the resort with the fear of running into him again and his pushy sales technique. We tried hiding as we came in- seriously, it should have never gotten to that point. The next day, what a surprise, they were calling me again and again and again. I learned to ignore their calls and just blow them off. I had a great time in Cabo, but seriously, they need to cut back on the sales pitches and if a guest says they're not interested, respect their wishes, leave them alone and let them enjoy their vacation!!! We didn't travel this far to be harassed!
