Led by Executive Chef Shawn Brozic, and Sous Chef Jim Barnhart, the Wyndham Cleveland at PlayhouseSquare is setting new boundaries and expectations in downtown Cleveland dining. Encore Restaurant and Blue Bar are located on the main floor of the Wyndham Cleveland at PlayhouseSquare, with a beautiful view of the Cleveland Theater District. Encore offers tasty fare for breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service daily. With our beautiful setting and delicious cuisine, Encore is the perfect place to entertain or just relax. The creative menu offers an array of traditional and signature options to taste, such as the Ohio City Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli or the Pan Seared Georges Bank Scallops.
