“Quietness issues- barking dog, noisy heating system”

I loved the look, tasteful/classy decor and feel of my suite, with a living area up front with a sofa, desk, coffee table, counter bar, fridge, sink and coffee maker. The bathroom had many amenities and a scale. The beds had plenty of non-down pillows and beautiful spreads. Internet access was good. Didn't like having to unwind the seriously wrapped phone cord from the coiled handset connection to get the phone to the coffee table. (Broke off both clip parts of the modular connections.) I think the lights should have had brighter bulbs or more ceiling lights in the living area.When the heating system in the closet turns on it makes a lot of noise. But the worst part was a barking dog in a hotel room that wouldn't stop for over an hour after 9:30 pm. The noise carried over the interior courtyard. I called and complained. Then I went down to get a glass of wine to help me sleep, but the bar had closed early and the front desk couldn't get me a drink, even though the door to the bar was wide open. I complained and they said the bar had closed due to lack of revenue, and that they had a call in to the manager to see what to do about the barking dog. I was pretty upset as I had buried my mother that day and had an early flight to catch the next morning. It was a bad time for a barking dog in such a lovely hotel.I had a really nice breakfast omelette the next day except it was cold. I had a nice lunch at the lobby restaurant as well.The Wyndham custom bedroom clock also was 2 hours off, and it had no means that I could tell to reset it, but they fixed it after I called.Oh- there was something like a diaper behind the sofa on top of the electrical cords from the lamps that I saw when trying to find an electrical outlet for my laptop.They advertise on room cards that they are green and will only change towels if on floor or sheets on bed if requested, but they aren't green and changed both.I also had the worst time adjusting the water temperature as the arrows on the single handled lever were misleading, but finally figured it out after almost getting scalded.
