Group constitutes a minimum of 10 rooms per night. To qualify - groups need to guarantee room block no less than 45 days prior to groups arrival. Then 45 days until groups arrival date, the group can reduce their guaranteed room block by up to 10% without penalty. Subject to availability. Black out dates and other restrictions may apply. Offer valid for new groups only; contracted and actualized no later than 12/31/2010. Not valid for existing contracted or tenative groups. Not to be combined with any other promotions. Does not apply to wedding or catering events. 10% discount on food & beverage excludes alcohol, tax and gratuity. The hotel may cancel or amend this promotion at any time without notice. Cancellation clause remains in place and will be negotiated by hotel.
The use of this offer must be disclosed with the initial contact with the Hotel. Further, this commission (or offer) must be disclosed in the Group contract and shall be paid based on the paid Group guest rooms, at the Group’s rate, after the Group’s Master Account is paid in full.
